These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between baca8 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service, game, betting market, promotional offer, or any other feature made available through the baca8 website located at baca8.vip. 2. Account Registration and Management

Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements being satisfied.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn as cash. • Using or attempting to use the platform in connection with money laundering, the financing of illegal activities, or any other financial crime. baca8 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and is obligated to report suspicious activity.
• Accessing baca8 using VPN, proxy, or IP masking services to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location for the purpose of accessing content or promotions not available in your actual jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, threatening behaviour, or offensive communication directed at baca8 staff, customer support agents, or other players through any channel associated with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in any game or platform feature to gain an advantage or profit that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions.

baca8 reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether any activity constitutes a violation of these prohibited conduct rules. Such determinations are final. Where a violation is identified, baca8 may take any action it deems appropriate, including but not limited to voiding related wagers, reversing credited winnings, suspending or closing the account, and retaining any balance held in the account at the time of the violation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available on the baca8 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game content supplied by third-party providers, marketing materials, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to baca8 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. baca8 makes no representations or warranties — express or implied — as to the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. While baca8 takes reasonable technical precautions to maintain service availability, temporary outages, maintenance windows, and third-party service dependencies may affect platform availability from time to time. baca8's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
